Warzone’s new meta Assault Rifle is perfect Krig C replacement after nerf
After being the go-to weapon for weeks in Warzone, the nerfed Krig C has been replaced by a new meta Assault Rifle that’s set to dominate Season 4 Reloaded.
TheWarzone metahas seen plenty of major changes as of late.Season 4 Reloadedbrought a ton ofweapon buffs and nerfs, before the July 8 update adjusted the DM-10 to make it less powerful.
One of the biggest changes, though, was thelong-awaited nerf to the Krig C, which looked to end its lengthy run as the undisputed best gun in the game.

Cypher 091 replaces Krig C as meta AR in Warzone
Warzone expert WhosImmortal highlighted the Cypher in his July 9 video, where he named it “easily the new number one rifle” following the update.” He broke down its TTK compared to the other contenders, and it’s easy to see why it got the seal of approval.
While the GPR 91 can kill slightly faster at close range and the FFAR 1 just has the edge over longer distances, the Cypher is consistently reliable at any range. This means you’re never at a severe disadvantage, no matter which kind of fight you get dragged into.
It’s also much more forgiving thanks to its easy-to-use recoil pattern, so achieving the fastest possible TTK is realistic in most engagements, whereas the others require much more skill to get the best out of them.
