Bandai Namco has officially unveiled the inclusion of Dragon Ball GT characters with the upcoming DRAGON BALL: Sparking! ZERO. These characters will join the already high amount of varying characters from the series. Developed by Spike Chunsoft, Sparking! ZERO will run on the Unreal Engine 5 and deliver on lightning-paced combat while featuring large destructible environments and visuals powered by current-generation platforms. The sequel to BUDOKAI TENKAICHI will release on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC via Steam on October 11. The latest DRAGON BALL: Sparking! ZERO GT Trailer can be viewed below:
DRAGON BALL GT Addition
The trailer above will show off not only the DRAGON BALL GT characters in Sparking! ZERO, but also the gameplay for the upcoming game. Characters from GT include Vegeta in his Super Saiyan 4 form, Pan, Uub, Majuub, Baby Vegeta, Super Baby 1, Super Baby 2, Great Ape Baby, Syn Shenron, Omega Shenron, Goku in Super Saiyan, Super Saiyan 3 and Super Saiyan 4 forms and Gogeta in Super Saiyan 4 form. In DRAGON BALL GT, Goku, Trunks and Pan are on a quest involving traveling the Universe that leads to an epic showdown against the Shadow Dragons.
Dragon Ball: Sparking! Zero Cell Saga Characters Revealed
Teen Gohan, Perfect Cell, and even Android 19 show up to battle in a new Dragon Ball Sparking! Zero trailer.
This arena brawler will build upon the previous BUDOKAI TENKAICHI DRAGON BALL. With gravity-defying fights that will capture every destructive power across multiple characters along with their Ki abilities, Sparking! ZERO will maximize what the current generation of hardware has to offer. It has been fifteen years since the predecessor released. The DRAGON BALL GT characters are the latest announcement following the inclusion of the Buu Saga characters, which is the last of the DRAGON BALL Z anime series. These include Super Buu (Gotenks Absorbed, Super Buu (Gohan Absorbed) and Kid Buu.
There will be four editions of DRAGON BALL: Sparking! ZERO available. The Standard Edition will include the base game on October 11. The Deluxe Edition, which is digital only, will include the base game, Season Pass (DLC1-3), Season Pass Bonus - Summon Shenron and 3 days early access.
The Ultimate Edition includes the Ultimate Upgrade Pack featuring Goku (Super) Costume with Power Pole, Emote Voice Set, 2 Player Card Backgrounds and 1 customization item. Summon Super Shenron will be an Ultimate Edition Bonus. This is in addition to the Deluxe Edition.
