There are two sure-fire methods to earn some extra experience for your character of choice: deploying and fighting in battles, and visiting the Juice Bar on Skullrock Island.
Earn XP in Battle
The simplest way to earn experience for a character is bysummoningthem in battle andusing their abilitieseffectively. Characters will receive a bump of EXP for deploying or confining on a map, as well as a healthy amount of EXP for assisting in defeating an enemy. They don’t have to land the killing blow, and they can also earn XP from buffing other characters that deal damage, or fulfilling duties related to their class in combat. To keep it simple: characters earn EXP fromsuccessfully executing their commands and actionsin combat.
There is also EXP granted at theendof the battle to all participants. The total combined EXP distributed to characters can actually be limited and saved for later use (on any character you want) by using the Juice Bar.
Grant XP at the Juice Bar
TheJuice Barfacility at Skullrock Island allows the player to distribute extra XP to specific characters in specific amounts, as well as take a cut of all characters' EXP earnings in a fight and put it into the “pot” of saved EXP, which can be distributed however you see fit.
How to Open the Juice Bar
To unlock the Juice Bar, all you have to do is create aChefcharacter in the character creator, and thensummonthem to the island. You’ll then have access to the Juice Bar (“juice” for short) through the facility and quick menus.
How to Use the Juice Bar
To distribute stored EXP to characters, simply select theHave a Drinkoption in the Juice Bar menu, and select which character to distribute EXP to. You’ll then be able to adjust the exact number of EXP points to give, as well as see how their stats and level will be effected by the increase.
To change how much EXP is saved from battles (instead of being applied to characters immediately), selectAdjust Ratiosand choose your balance of EXP to be given to deployed characters and to be saved for drinks. Think of it as ataxon all the EXP your team earns in a battle, except you get to spend the taxes on whichever person you want (this helps to boost and level up lower level characters in a much easier way than standard grinding).
