Roblox is down. Players are currently experiencing 502 Bad Gateway issues when trying to enter any game. The cause is said to be a massive influx of players (500,000+) one hour ago. Roblox has identified the issue and is actively working on it.
Some players have reported to be able to access their games, but most are still experiencing issues. The problem should be resolved in a couple of hours.

Players across the Roblox platform, including us at PGG, are experiencingerror code 529when attempting to join games. Roblox has yet to comment on the issue, but we will update this guide when the issue has been fixed.

Pro Game Guides is unable to access Roblox or connect to any games. We will be keeping an eye on Roblox to make sure we can update you when we are back online. Currently, when you go to the website, you get a “The service is unavailable” message. Roblox has identified the issue and is actively working on it.

Roblox was down again on August 21, 2025 because of service disruption. They have stated on their Roblox Twitter account and have engineers fixing the problem as fast as possible. No timeframe was mentioned on when this outage will be resolved. The service has been down for about four hours. We will be keeping an eye on the situation and will be updating this article often.

According to the Roblox statusX (formerly Twitter) account, the site is currently down for maintenance, and they will announce when the servers are back up. No exact time or how long the maintenance will take was stated.

The engineers are working on a recovery process, and some users will start to get limited access. Even ifOct. 29t access, there’s not much you’ll be able to do until everything is operation one more, but it’s progress, and hopefully, the wait is not much longer.

Roblox services have been affected, and over 3 million users can’t log in. This includes everything from playing on the website, mobile app, and Xbox app. TheOfficial Roblox Status websitehas classed this outage as a service disruption, and all engineers are investigating the issue to bring the servers back online.
