The actor has taken to social media many times to share his thoughts on the right way to build muscle and stay fit. During one of his interviews in which he was asked about the secret of his chiseled and toned body, Johnson had a hilarious retort about enjoying a sizzling s*x life with his wife Lauren Hashian. The actor said,
“How do I find the motivation to work out? Well, I just, I bust in the bedroom, completely n*ked, when Lauren’s laying there…Here it is. Here it is, dreams come true, it’s called heaven.”
With this revelation, Dwayne Johnson also added on a serious note that his wife is instrumental in him finding the work-life balance that allowed the actor to focus on his career.

Dwayne Johnson confirms that he has never used steroids
Dwayne Johnson’s transition from the wrestling arena to the silver screen is nothing short of inspiring. The actor has been a role model for many actors and fans to stay fit and strong. But his efforts were not free from criticism.The Fast and the Furiousstar has been accused of pumping his body with steroids to enhance his muscle growth. Defending himself against these claims, Johnson has openly stated that he has never used drug enhancers or any form of steroids saying,
“Sure, you get a lot of people out there who will suspect, and say sh*t, They want to negate the hard work you put in”
The actor went on to say that these comments only motivated him further to keep up his discipline. He described the gym as his sanctuary and his fitness training as the anchor that grounded him.
