After you have collected enough on-sight intel about the infected through trial and error — that is, taking care of yourimmunityand not getting killed by monsters — then you will need to meet with Mr. Z in Horseshoe. He is locatedinside the Artist Workshop in the south of the district, near the limit with Quarry End.
Once inside, interact with Mr. Z andhe will ask you a set of four different questionsthat you will have to answer properly to complete this side mission.If you answer incorrectly, then you will fail the quiz and will have to return later— which you can expedite by resting in your bed and returning to Mr. Z. Once you answer all of Mr. Z’s questions correctly, he will reward you witha Gravedigger and an Infected Playing— King of Spades — Card Goon.
