DOOM: The Dark Agesgives players a lot more room to explore than past entries, and with that extra room comes a lot of secrets and collectibles to uncover.
There are a total of 9 secrets to find in the Hebeth level of the game, with a tenth collectible in the form of a Codex. Some are more well hidden than others, and we know where to find all of them.
Life Sigil #1
The first Life Sigil can be seen through the glass in an early room (it’s hard to miss). Shield Bash through the door to the left when you enter the room to access it.
Imp Stalker Toy
In the same room, head to the back door and turn left. Shield Bash through the wall to reveal another secret area containing an Imp Stalker Toy.
Codex - Hebeth
Before entering through the door with two green lines on either side, look to the left to see a pile of crates. Climb over the crates and head around the corner to find the hidden soldier hideout, where the Codex is waiting.
Secret Area #1
At the first Sentinel Shrine, head out the door to the left, then immediately turn right to find the red barrier. Climb up the ledge to the right of the barrier, where a small area with some gold bars can be accessed.
Secret Area #2
On the way to the Blue Keycard, keep an eye out for a wall to bash through on your left, which will have some gold bars behind it.
Life Sigil #2
After obtaining the Accelerator, head into the room on your left next to where you picked up the Accelerator originally. you’re able to shield bash the wall to access the path to the Life Sigil.
Life Sigil #3
In the outdoor section, there’s a door being blocked by a series of flames. Climb up onto the ledge across from it and jump into the room on the other side of the courtyard, then spin the yellow valve next to the hole in the wall.
This turns off the fire, revealing a secret area with gold and the second Life Sigil inside.
Gold Chest #1
When you reach the Sentinel Shrine, turn to the wall to your right and climb into the whole surrounded by dark flesh. Continue up to the gap in the wall where the gold chest is waiting and break it open with a melee attack.
Shredder Weapon Skin - Nightmare
In the large ventilation room, climb up the pile of crates and then into the vent with a climbable wall. Head through the vent, grabbing the gold bars, and then drop into the room where the secret skin will be waiting near some enemies.
